Full support and training for all of our services is available from the Schools ICT Helpdesk. An email address and single telephone number allows subscribing schools to report faults, ask questions or get advice quickly and easily.

The Schools ICT Helpdesk is staffed from 8.30am until 5.00pm during term time and school holidays. The helpdesk is however closed between Christmas and New Year.
