- Exchange Online – Large mailbox storage and shared mailbox capabilities
- Teams – Chat, video call and share content with individuals and groups securely and all in the same place
- OneDrive – Online document sharing with a large amount of storage
- SharePoint – Online document storage and sharing, track updates, create spaces for teachers and another for pupils
- Office Online – Create and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents from within your web browser and securely share these with colleagues
